These terms apply when you use homecashy.com, the Cashy game, and anything else Cashy offers online (together, the "site"). Cashy is a d/b/a of Asset Building Corp. ("Cashy", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Cashy does

Cashy is a marketing lead generator. We help homeowners find lenders who may offer home equity options, and we share your request with the licensed lenders we work with. We are not a lender, we don't make loans or credit decisions, and we don't guarantee that you'll be matched, contacted, approved or offered any terms. See our Advertising Disclosures.

2. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 and in the United States. The information you give us must be true, complete and about you or a property you own.

3. Permission to contact you

When you submit a request or sign up for the game and check the consent box, you agree that Cashy and the lenders we work with may contact you at the phone number and email you gave us about your request or the game, including by calls and texts that use automated technology or prerecorded messages. Your consent isn't a condition of any purchase or loan. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails with the unsubscribe link.

4. Not advice

Everything on the site is general information and for education only. It isn't financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Talk to a licensed professional before you decide anything about your home or your money.

5. Lenders and other sites

Lenders are independent companies. Their own terms, disclosures and privacy policies apply to anything you do with them, and Cashy isn't responsible for their products, decisions or services. Links to other sites are for convenience only.

6. The game and the $100 challenge

  • Cashy bucks are game points. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for anything.
  • The $100 challenge: no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase doesn't improve your chances. Open to legal US residents 18 or older. To qualify, finish the bonus level with every coin in under 1 minute while signed up as Player 1. Up to 3 winners receive $100 each. Winners are contacted at the phone number they signed up with and may be asked to confirm their identity and eligibility. One prize per person. Void where prohibited.
  • The monthly leaderboard: no purchase, application or loan is necessary to enter or win, and applying for home equity financing doesn't improve your chances. Open to legal US residents 18 or older who are signed up as Player 1. Your monthly total is your best score on each level during the calendar month (Eastern time), added up. The 5 highest totals at the end of each month win $1,000 each. Winners are contacted at the phone number they signed up with and must confirm their identity and eligibility; scores that look tampered with are disqualified. One prize per person per month.   • We may change or end the game or the challenges at any time, and may disqualify anyone who cheats or tampers with it.

7. Using the site fairly

Don't misuse the site: no false information, no submitting someone else's details, no scraping, hacking, bots or attempts to break the game or the site.

8. Our content

The Cashy name, logo, characters, art, music, game and text belong to Cashy or its licensors. You may use the site for your own personal use; please don't copy or reuse our content without permission.

9. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or accurate, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cashy isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or for anything a lender does or doesn't do.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after an update means you accept it.
