When you ask Cashy for options, we share your request with the licensed mortgage lenders we work with, so they can contact you and review it:

How Cashy is paid
Cashy may be paid by the lenders we work with for marketing services. That payment doesn't change what you pay a lender, and it isn't tied to whether you take a loan.
What our ads and pages mean
- Every loan decision, rate, term and fee comes from the lender, not from Cashy. Not everyone qualifies.
- Home equity loans, HELOCs and cash-out refinances use your home as collateral.
- Timelines we mention, such as pre-qualifying in minutes or funding in days, are the lender's and depend on the lender, your property and your situation. They aren't guaranteed.
- Numbers in our illustrations and in the game, including the "equity score" and Cashy bucks, are examples and game points. They aren't offers, estimates or money.
- Cashy the gorilla and the Debt Clown are cartoon characters, not customers.
