This policy explains what information Cashy (a d/b/a of Asset Building Corp.) collects on homecashy.com and the Cashy game, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

• What you tell us when you ask for options: your name, email, phone, property address, how you use the property, the type of property, its estimated value, your credit score range, whether you have a regular income, and how you'd like to be contacted.
• What you tell us in the game: your name, phone and the state you're playing from, plus your game results. Your name, state and scores are shown on the public game scoreboard; your phone number is never shown.
• What your device tells us: things like your browser, device, IP address, pages visited and how you got here, collected with cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To match you with lenders and pass your request to them, so they can contact you.
• To contact you about your request, the game or the $100 challenge, the way you asked us to.
• To run, protect and improve the site and the game, and to understand how people use them.
• To follow the law and protect our rights.

Who we share it with

• Lenders we work with, so they can review your request and contact you:

  You can look up any lender's license on NMLS Consumer Access.

• Service providers who help us run the site, such as hosting, email and text messaging, and who may only use it to do that work for us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, and a buyer or successor if the business changes hands.

We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP at any time. Emails: use the unsubscribe link.
• Cookies: you can block or delete them in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work without them.
• Access, correction and deletion: email us and we'll respond as the law where you live requires, including state privacy laws such as California's.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

The site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top.
